meh. it's mediocre from start to finish. I personally dropped off when MC willingly threw away his entire ability for a one on one brawl he almost lost. like, for someone supposedly smart, you'd expect him to like... trick or trap the dude, but he walks up to the guy's house and starts fighting, completely abandoning every single advantage he has and actively crippling himself.
reminds me of when me and my siblings would improv stories at each other. we'd spit prompts and statements that we'd have to build off of, and eventually we'd have an entire world built over the course of a single conversation
somehow mind control is fine, but timestop isn't? I'd venture mind control is infinitely more dangerous, since you can't even fight it
he didn't specifiy, so I wonder what the return location conditions are?
... I think they'd critizise you for killing people in general, not women specifically
suddenly doesn't take it? didn't he spend a while with the party letting them abuse him? why is he suddenly short tempered now?
MC: I'm going to be low-Key; MC less then ten minutes later: Hey, you, go kiss a chair
I'd have expected her to be similarly irritated if she was going to be an antagonist, so she's probably in waifu territory now
okay, that HAS to be foreshadowing, right? Like, he just said 'this is too good to be true', that means the author has *something* planned, else it'd be a pointless flag
can't tell if this is foreshadowing or just bragging
Her: wow all those people looking at me is annoying Also her: how dare he not look at me
except MC, they only get rid of him when he's totally on their side and doing everything they want him to.
Invisibility isn't all that great at higher levels... once your senses pass a certain point, you can pretty easily smell, hear, or otherwise notice those attempting stealth. I assume there's more to it, if she's supposedly the top of the country. Maybe presence concealment?
and yet that same goverment was terrified of his power to the point of murdering him... why didn't the government murder those other, equally powerful hunters? my best guess is Timestop being revealed, somehow that's paticularly scary to the Gov... but do they really not have ANY defence against it? He's already said his Prophet friend could fight him, so at minimum that guy
...you mean to tell me he can prevent MC from snapping? that suggests a WIDE varience in skill, leaning towards the other guy... that seems a bit unreasonable, given we've already seen just how casually he can stop top, nearly at the drop of a hat.
why are they on the ground? he didn't resume time, they should just be floating still
wow, seems they really don't like immagrants...
...was he not waiting for them to betray him first?? Why didn't he attack earilier then!? I'm confused
that's... odd. I got the impression MC wasn't paticularly arrogant? why is he suddenly upset his bully is strong enough to be C rank? My understanding of him is that he lives as he likes, and is only moral if it's useful, without much in the way of pride or arrogance. Did I read him wrong?
I assume in this context 'drowsy' means 'bored'.
