Why is it so difficult to manuever this site and how do i get mY money back

Got into this book through FB After getting hooked and loving it the Chapters are blocked.. manuevering is so confUsing i finally gave up I even paid $9.99 and nothing I dont understand points, thought i bought some but whete are they.
