It seems like Artur is the "Little girl" called Art that Selina saved once. Art and Arthur, the names sound similar and he gave greetings just like a Nobleman would instead of a Lady to Selina and he also said "Do you remember me?" in school so, its clear that Art is Arthur. I think Selina is better than Arthur even if she lost to him by little. I mean, when they both met first Arthur was 8 and Selina was 4, there is four years of age difference, its obvious why he is winning, he is also a Duke's son. In my Opinion he did practiced them before. Even so Selina is able to catch up. Thus, I think she is already better
