Close, but, from what I understand, the Level 6 attempt is a scientific way to create a Level 6. <<Awakening>>, as it is called refers to an esper becoming more angelic/divine and is somewhat loosely connected to Magic. Wings and Halos seem to be the only way this <<power>> manifests as we see with Rensa and Sakibasu. In fact, Misaka has never <<awakened>>.

My own review of my series. The dialogue is sometimes choppy, my ability to write scenes is subpar and most importantly, my upload schedule widely varies.

It's from the first or second chapter. It was really minor. Supposedly it was stronger than normal lightning. So now it's <<weaker>> but still strong enough. (1bn Volts can do that to you)
