Ye. Using Mind Reader is basically Michael's way to ensure that he only extracts the worst of the worst.
The Valyr Lordess would have to create a temporary Link of Loyalty with the criminals and use a Silver Teleportation Token, but it was possible. The criminals couldn't be stronger than the Valyr Lordess to establish the Link of Loyalty. Using a Silver Teleportation Token for each criminal brought to the Origin Expanse would be extremely expensive, but Michael didn't care. His demand didn't change. The skip is intentionally. Some might not like it, but the situation about their dates is pretty simple—they went on a few dates in six months—only two a month, tops. They talked, and nothing much happened because both had to be certain about what they wanted to do. Thus, I added that into the time skip. -> They got in a relationship at the end of the time skip, but mentioning that is still better than ignoring it entirely in the time skip. +We have more than enough chapters where their stuff is being mentioned.
