What happened to Alicia and the baby because they are not in the other book at the party? And the twins are 10 years old so what happened the last 5 years?

This is a wonderful book that had me in the first chapter. The author is great at character development and the plot twist and turn to leave you at the edge of your seat wanting more and rooting for the hero.

What an awful, spiteful, cruel man and he continued to be this way up to the present time. He deserves to never see Ester again.
