I don't know if it's just me, but him not killing Fett at this point in time felt a little forced, it's like it was set up in this way for the simple fact of giving him actual screen time for the sake of screen time and to give him some kind of glorious death instead of simply frying Fett in his armor as he left.

This is a very common misconception. Between Sentient and Sapient. Sentient = Able to feel sensations, also known and any living being, and I don't think it involves plants, but not sure, but insects, bugs, etc all count. Sapience = Basically humans, as we can gain wisdom. From a quick search of Sapience vs Sentience: Sentience and sapience are two different concepts that describe different levels of intelligence. Sentience is the capacity for sensation, consciousness, and subjective experience, while sapience is marked by a higher level of cognition and intelligence, such as discernment, insight, or wisdom. Sentience is developed through sensory and emotional reception, while sapience is developed through knowledge and good judgement. Human beings are sapient creatures, while many animals can be described as sentient.

Just make it Crescent Rose from RWBY, and give it a more supernatural slant, another option would be a weapon from Soul Eater, but I don't know how OP that might be. Though I think Crescent Rose would fir Gasper better, giving it something like a Body and Soul connection so that everytime he makes an enemy bleed with it, it will absorb their blood and add it to his reserves one he gets a blood core, but will act as an artificial one until then and a secondary core later on.

It's honestly getting a bit annoying with how much he keeps on doing things like this...it was funny for the first few times, but staying the same idot time after time, and causing immense problems even if they can be fixed just leads me to finding it annoying when it is literally a child playing with a loaded gun, akin to a nuke.

It's actually Tier 4 now, he can equip the "Deus" and "Voidborn" races now, which were limited to Tier 4, and he is also a god of Magic now. But I also agree, if this tier 5 god of monsters didn't die from that, and for some reason managed to escape, he is severely underpowered for what all of his abilities give him, considering he fought a Void based entity, given with help from world laws when he was in Danmachi and managed to wound/delay it, not to mention killing the one that was trapped in the dungeon as well, this one should not have been capable of surviving something that he was boosted into being.

As with other people, All Sharingan have Susano available during this stage of the eye. So, either this is an intentional nerf to the eye powers, which is frankly stupid since that ability isn't even powerful, it's also extremely unwieldy in most circumstances. I personally think he should take Kotoamatsukami as the second ability along with Kamui, since it'll be better off in the end, and nerfing the eyes makes zero sense, since their whole schtick is to be OP.

feels like a much better flow compared to other translated novels I've read recently, but due to how much I actually read, I can't truly comment on how much of an improvement it is for this one in particular other than it being an actual improvement since I didn't feel my brain trying to adjust every 5 sentences.

I wonder if the next time Luke uses the Dragonballs if he'll ask for the the seeds and fruit from the Tree of Might in the mortal world? If he phrases it properly like "I wish for everything related to the Tree of Might in the Mortal World to be given to me" he could get all the seeds and fruit of the tree, maybe even the tree itself, as long as he can store it somewhere like his storage space. He could also wish for the knowledge of Dr. Gero so he could get all of his technologies and give them to Bulma to give her even more fame.

It would be easier in my view to keep him at his current level of power, for a few reasons and also some suggestions. First reason being that according to what his background seems to be of his parents being from the Sun and Moon Continent he should naturally be stronger, the second reason is that he has 3 Martial Souls to begin with, one of them being a dragon and another being a spider who are the peak of their existence, it's a near impossible task to lower his power level at this point without also lowering the levels of his souls, since there will always be the suppression effect of their bloodlines, which is actually a very fair point for him being able to take down powerful beasts on his own. A few other points being that instead of cutting the MC's legs out, why not simply increase the power levels of his enemies? Or have some kind of suppression seal on his power to keep him from jumping too many levels? That way, he still has his OP powers, but it's not a constant thing, but something to be used when he encounters something that he can't truly handle, this would be the better path in my view as you aren't really doing a nerf, you are simply giving him a challenge with the option of using more power if the need ever arises, instead of some kind of artificial suffering.

Worm can be summed up into a few overarching words...It's basically "PTSD Gives Powers" in a nutshell. People who get powers 'naturally' are pretty much at the end of their rope, and the giant space whales are like "SCIENCE!" when that happens. So, the MC can control bugs, in general terms and since it also includes things like spiders, bees, flies, etc. It could also be summed up to anything in those families, for instance, Lobsters should be an option due to certain ties that I won't mention since it might turn people off eating them. It's never fully explored in the source material, but makes sense to me. Other things like Tinker powers though, once unshackled could be an amazing combo with Andrews "Magitech" path, since a good portion of those Tinkertechs are impossible in conventional reality

To those saying he could have just gone in and done a "Wam, Bam, Thank You Ma'am" and been in and out in an hour (his time), you have to recall that Star Trek is one of his favorite series, he might want to play the part of a Q or just want to be mysterious, etc. The quick and easy also doesn't make for good story without the character being OP overall, with a whole host of supporting events.
