Probably, but "or" can be pronounced like "er" sometimes, such as in "doctor," "author," "color," etc. And Pator isn't a common name, so i still have no idea how to pronounce it. Thx for trying to help tho.
Thank you, but that doesn't help. Is it a long a like "pay tor" or a short a like "pat tor"? Is the t sharp or soft like "pat tor" or "patter"? Is the or pronounced like "or" (as I think it should be) or "er"?

The world building seems a bit odd here. Restricted communication makes sense, but completely blocked communication over distances? They need rather advanced technology to make a lot of what they have (like the containment units), and that likely included at least basic computer technology, right? Or is this specific hospital out of the loop for some reason?
Is it hyperbolic or a pyramid? If both, how is it both?
