Great novel overall. Stable pace, and the world is revealed gradually. Just have a question tho: Why th is the genre Video Game and not Fantasy?!?! The system is a pretty generic system; allows the MC grows faster, but doesn't ruin the story. But it's definitely not enough to change the genre of the novel to Video Games. I mean, the novel is set in a literal High Fantasy world, with gods, Transcendents and multiple superhuman "professions" like Knights, sorcerers, and the likes. It's meant to be Fantasy. Pleaseeee!!
The premise is nice and all, but I'm just going to point out that it's Contrasting. I get that you're trying to write a story about a guy dealing with extreme discrimination, but the contrast is the world set discrimination occurs. First off, for such an advanced world, where you can directly connect to the internet with your brain, you'd think they would've dealt with things like highschool bullying, no? They ran away from Earth to avoid it's vulgarities, yet they repeat the same mistake by not curbing things that may lead to those habits from where it is formed— Highschool. Not very logical, I must say. Even if it's not completely dealt with (which is basically impossible, considering the whole theme of the empire is to be as "Efficient" as possible), someone who took an S-Grade serum, who's abilities are far above the norm, and is thus basically an elite to be, such a person didn't get any attention from the Empire to ensure he grows well?? Come on now. Second, in a world that citizens are tightly controlled, and everything is determined by the Empire, isn't it "normal" for the citizens to take the verdict of the empire as basically the words of a god? On that note, how is it that someone accepted by the system, is discriminated by his peers? Logically, who would "dare" oppose the opinion of the Empire's advanced AI and discriminate against someone accepted by it? It seems little, but when you look at it realistically, discrimination in such a world (even down to the parents) is highly illogical
Aaaahhh!! one of my favorite Ecchi books from my Wattpad days has relocated here!!
To the Author: I read your first book because of its similarity to The Novel's Extra, and the fact you admitted it was inspired from it (I absolutely ADORE TNE), and I wasn't disappointed. Sure the writing wasn't of the highest grade, it was definitely a few steps above average. Love what you did with what is seemingly a spin-off of TNE, and how you made it your own book. Also the fact you admitted it's inspired from TNE made you seem more likeable as a person. Reading your second book now, and boy am I glad I'm reading it! The premise is absolutely unique despite being based of a common troupe, the characters all have actual backgrounds, and the MC's growth is also pretty nice. If I were to pick out one thing I don't like, I'd say it's that the character are a bit 'too' similar. Sure, it's good to give every character background, but it doesn't exactly make sense that everyone seems to be hiding a secret and some kind of dark past, or just have an overall gloomy temperament. Like seriously, they're all kids. And even if it's to fit the overall dark theme, at least one or two people should still be bright and sunny, no? But other than that, great book overall. I look forward to what more it has in store😁
Yeah he never really explained the system drop thing. And then, the world also needs more explaining. What exactly is the Hyperdimensional Game? What's T Community? What's a community in the first place? and then that place he got his Totem Blueprint, what's the difference between that and the normal Forum? All of these need to be explained properly.I do agree the story has lots of potential though. I mostly understand the basics of these things based on my broad novel knowledge, but actually explaining them will be alot more helpful. And I mostly chalk the bad writing in most novels I read to bad translation of typos, but please try editing the work properly before posting, to make it better for us readers.Aside from these, great novel. And great world background. You have my vote.
I've been hearing a lot about this book, but never read it. I read similar genre like Rebirth of the Legendary Guardian and Emperor of Solo Play. You'll agree that you get tired after reading similar content continuously, but this, this is on a whole new level! I have to say it's absolutely awesome! Great work aurhor
