If you want a novel that is gripping, paints a descriptive, beautiful scene in your mind, makes you cheer when the mc snatches the cicada, makes you question your own values in life, has a cultivation system that is meaningful and powers that are coherent with it, or makes you satisfied when mc gets the power up they worked hard for, look further. If you want a novel that is a little funny and mc accumulates ‘dubs’ constantly, there are still better ones out there. Not horrific to read. But, why would you read this when there is simply much better stuff out there.

Interesting world building premise as well as a nice diversity of interesting powers. Characters are very obviously good or bad, if they’re bad they’re narrow-minded bullies who act irrationally constantly, if they’re good they range from cliche to interesting. Main character quickly becomes better than everyone else at everything within a couple chapters, whether it’s something trivial or not, and has a SSS++ event/item handed to him every couple chapters. To me the story lacks good writing. Could be a fun read but author is too quick to jump into powering up the MC and getting back at bullies.
