Enduring and harrowing

How captivating and enriching is Xenon, from a character whom I thought would be canon fodder has been given depth. Very reminiscent of the witch king. I do wish one day I could write an enthralling tale for the ages.

There's a lot of sexual tension between Vidar and Aiden

The first chapter was a magical, fanciful experience. The world's depth astonished me without giving anything away. I had the impression that it was a vibrant, well-lived world. My only complaint is that Vidar's sister Reya denigrates him, which defies masculinity. Her undercutting all of his aspirations and abilities.
