I’m re-reading (yet again) so i realize these comments are stale, but I have to say this here. He’s loved her like family all his life. He’d probably never thought about her romantically before she brought up marriage. Then, just as he was realizing his feelings, she found Zamiel. I’m not picking sides, just saying I TRULY believe he would have made his move on her even if Zammy was never in the picture. All these comments make it sound like he’s coming from a place of jealousy or narcissism. I think he was already realizing he loved her before he knew there was a rival, but he’s a 19 year old boy that’s never struggled a moment of his life. Have some compassion for the kid :)

Jasmine, you’re so talented! I know it may sound like we’re pressuring you to write more/faster but it’s just because we cannot get enough! Take your time, dear, and stick to your vision. I can’t imagine the pressure you must be under and still your writing only continues to improve. It’s a pleasure to watch your talent grow. Thank you for sharing this story with the world 🥰

Sounds like we’re setting it up to learn Heaven could have additional powers. I think they need to talk to Irene again. Also, I’m pretty sure she’d be able to sense if Heaven was pregnant, so it’d be nice to clear that up. I don’t think she is though. I think her illness might be supernatural. Something to do with the mark, or the witch’s curse (reza or whatever her name is, I forget), or maybe a plot of her grandfather’s.

The author releases chapters three times a week. You’re all caught up, although I think there are two more chapters available if you pay even more for special privileges. If you dont have the additional privileges, you’ll get access to those chapters on the normal release schedule (i think its Monday, Thursday, Sunday but it changes sometimes. Maybe another reader can correct me if I’m wrong )

He’s a spoiled kid but i still think there’s hope for him. Not with Heaven of course lol. He thinks he’s the hero of his own story, like most 18 yr old boys. I kinda feel like the author is setting us up for him to redeem himself. Like maybe he’ll be instrumental in saving Heaven from whatever Lothaire is plotting. Or maybe that’s just wishful thinking :)

Y’all go easy on Zarin, he’s just a kid. :) I’m pretty sure I’m Team Zamiel but Zarin isn’t a bad guy. Sure, he’s a bit spoiled but I think his character still has a lot of potential for development. He’s learning who he is just like Heaven is.

I’m starting to wonder if Zamiel is eventually going to die. Like, somehow sacrifice himself to help or protect Heaven in some way. Then, Zarin becomes the shoulder to cry on and they end up together.
