He picked out another shirt from his closet. One that was a bit better-looking than the plain t-shirt he already had on. He settled on a simple, light-gray dress shirt that he thought paired rather nicely with the green of his scales. It was specially tailored with slits across the back to allow it to fit comfortably around his wings. He also picked out a bag, which he slung across his chest, over his shoulder, to hold his phone and other items. Maybe for a regular person with only that quirk. But combined with all the other quirks that Izuku has supplementing it, it only serves to make him stronger.
Because, despite having the ability to shift his form to a normal human's to eat anywhere, that wasn't a good enough reason for him to do so. That quirk meant too much to him to do something like that. There was a reason it was one of the quirks he played off as his natural one. Really, if it weren't so conspicuous and easy to spot, he would probably keep it active when he went out as Oni. - Dragoneel223yrReplied to john764

In a world where nearly everyone has a power of some sort, and those powers are such an important part of who they are, seeing something that has the potential to take those powers away, especially if they have experienced it taking them away (as Inko did), then fear and hatred of that thing is a natural reaction.

Because he is a four-year-old being left to fend for himself. Obviously it was stupid of her to think that there was no chance of him being found by someone, but between him being next to helpless, having no way to really find food, and all the criminal/villainous/shady individuals that roam the city, she had enough reason to believe that would kill him. In fact, if he didn't have his quirk, he would've died there in the alleyway.
Now that the future villain had been taken care of, she needed to think of a story to explain his disappearance. - Dragoneel223yrReplied to john764
She does. But given that she has a snake tail, she also has the organs/organ placement to match. So my first thought was that her reproductive organs and a normal human's would be incompatible, or that at least people in the fic might think that.
"Now, I imagine most people wouldn't pay too much for you. A lot less for them to work with because of your quirk. But," He grabbed her face with his free hand. "You do still have a mouth, so you ought to be good for a little bit of cash. And who knows? How so? Her finding out about Oni was bound to happen at some point. Makes sense for that to happen after an incident of some kind rather than on a normal night.

He was slightly preoccupied in that moment, trying to make sure Iida got out to alert everyone else. Besides, he wants to stay in the USJ so he can fight.
As he felt the smoke start to surge towards them, he turned and grabbed Iida, who he'd noticed running behind him, by the collar of his armor. He suppressed a slight shiver thinking about the bone-deep cold he'd fought through when he'd gone up against Todoroki. Whatever role he would fill in this exercise, he was glad that he wouldn't be fighting Todoroki again just yet. Rei hadn't had much luck yet in locating a cold resistance quirk. He has three durability quirks (one for bone, one for flesh/muscle, and one for both). All three of those together would not have been enough to withstand the gate. He also has his metal quirk 'Metallum,' which he was already in the process of using. That one would be strong enough, provided he is fast enough with it. But if he were to be too slow in reacting, or not notice the person at all, he would've been seriously injured.
But whatever. It wasn't like he didn't put himself at risk every time he went out at night. He'd just have to make sure he's careful around the gate in the future, not that it would really be an issue anymore though. - Dragoneel223yrReplied to AzagalPlay
He has a snake tail when he’s Izuku. So when he’s going around normally and when he’s at UA. He has legs when he’s Oni. Usually, just look for whichever name is being used (Izuku or Oni) and that can tell you what he currently has.

Although I don’t think i’ve specified anywhere in the fic, I’ve been unconsciously thinking in terms of dollars and not yen. Either way though, this praragraph was talking about a few hundred requests, not a few hundred of whatever currency. The way I’ve been thinking about it is that he gets about $20 (or whatever the equivalent is in yen) per request. Multiply that by however many hundreds of requests he gets in a week, and he makes quite a bit.
The biggest part of all of this was that, in addition to stimulating him intellectually and fulfilling his greatest passion, he got paid for all of it. It wasn't a particularly large sum per request, but take a few hundred every week and it started adding up fairly quickly. - Dragoneel223yrReplied to shadow_phang

Up until now, I’ve been catching up to what’s already been written and posted (I’ve been working on this since April 2020). And now that I’ve caught up, the posting schedule here will slow way down to match AO3, one chapter every other week.

He probably could, and might end up doing so at some point in the distant future. But he isn't at the point where he's about to give his quirks to anyone (except for maybe Rei). And there's also the possibility that any quirks given to a OFA holder would be absorbed by OFA and would be impossible to take back.
