To be honest I am so sick of this. The constant comedy act and bickering between all of these characters is unimportant and uninteresting at this point. It is detracting from and massively slowing the story down and I wish we could just get on with the plot.

And now back to Lestrania for 50 or 60 more chapters of mental health issues with Arthur? I personally hope not. Hope the story gets going and we don't see much sitting around Lestrania as Arthur humors side characters for however many more months of releases.

Honestly feel that the development is kind of slow at this pace and dragging. Really looking forward to more interaction between Thana and Arthur, the elf we assume to be Fluffy who dealt a sneak attack on Arthur, and Mara entering the story. I care very little for most of these characters. They just simply do not feel important.

Arthur is such a brilliant character. He's so easy to love and hate simultaneously.

I'm sorry, I don't want to insult you, but this is one of the stupidest things I've read in awhile. He was ordered out there by Arceana, a person manipulated and poisoned by demon magic. He should never have been out there in the first place, given what we know about the strength of the demons compared to the high elves of Lestrania. It was in no way, shape, or form, his fault. If Arthur were thinking straight he would continue to direct the entirety of his hostility towards Arceana, while feeling exactly 0 negativity towards Alwin for his "failure."

Agreed, but it would be a whole lot more interesting if they remained enemies throughout and he eventually turned her into shish-kebob. :D

I've been reading since chapter 1 of this version. I am not criticizing the story. This story is by far the best 1 on webnovel hands down. I was just pointing out what a piece of trash Arthur is at times, for whatever reason. Yea I get that his energy is low and he is poisoned. I know there isn't really anyone out there who can truly challenge him once he masters his powers and he can likely learn to rewind time both for himself personally as well as travel back to the past and change whatever he wants if I had to guess. He could also likely burn the poison out of his body and for all he has learned about his abilities it seems he hasn't learned to utilize even 1% of them. My point is that I was just making a response in the moment where I would really like to have seen him get his 2 front teeth kicked in. "Don't touch my woman? The love of my life? F outta here with that noise." But we all know how that would play out if Alwin tried that Basically I guess I hope to see more character growth from Arthur and he continues to be less and less of a a little b***h.

It's really interesting what a piece of trash Arthur is. What a tool for telling Alwin, her man, not to touch her Regardless of Arthur's opinion towards him. He is so psychologically scarred that he is everything from a cold-blooded murderer, to a pedantic crybaby, and everything in between.

Hope that potion keeps Arthir calm. Calm enough to immediately go back and tell Arceana everything and let her bleed from her orifices like last time and/or kill Rudnurth. I want to see what happens and I am tired of this poisoned priestesses aspect of the story. It has dragged for too long.

Arthur better come right back to deal with Arceana one way or another. You don't bring things to such a point and not resolve them. Then again with that head full of bad wiring Arthur is in possession of.... he just might.

Agreed. I hope he either kills her outright when he wakes up or he just tells her everything and let's her bleed from all of her orifices after hearing the truth of everything and see if it kills her.
