The world building is bottom of the barrel and the plot is generic slop done worse than the stories it's inspired by.

It's got an interesting concept but the plot, writing and world building are average at best. Seems to be a JJK inspired novel but it's execution has much to be desired.

Exactly, there's literally nothing stopping him from copying everything and simply deleting the useless ones.

Are they speaking English or a language of their world? If it's another language, how's MC able to understand and communicate?

The writing is atrocious. The author doesn't seem to realize that they can rewrite and edit what they have written. The first 20 or so chapters are especially egregious and actively detract from the story. 0/10 for execution.

Is the author just learning English?

Generic cultivation slop. MC is "Dark Magus", an old man around 80, who is isekaied into a teenager. Seems like the author was going for some edgy, dark MC hell bent on revenge, but the MC comes across as a capricious, self-righteous child. It started off interesting but fell off disappointingly.
