I’m not sure where all the hate is coming from. The story is decent, and unless I’m tweaking, the quality of the translation is also pretty decent compared to some other translations. It’s a fun read with a quite consistent chapter release. Overall, definitely an enjoyable time killer.

This is a great Det.Conan novel! The MC is funny, the whole portrayal surrounding his identity and he was introduced is quite unique and gives me ‘Fable with less social impotence’ vibes. The rest of the cast are portrayed well, and although there are mistakes at times, the writing quality hasn’t been bad enough not to enjoy the whole story. Can’t wait for more chapters and thank you for this work))

Honestly, so far this has been an amazing fic with its own unique take on the warring states era with potential for further exploration down the line. The MC is likable, the rest of the cast are portrayed well, would love to see if there would be a fml down the line for some more flavour to an already hearty story. The quality of the writing is top tear. Overall, a great read.

I know it’s early, but I just want to give props to a fic that takes root in Suna. It’s definitely a unique origin compared to other fics and so far the quality of the writing has been great. I’m glad I get to read another 40+ chapters and can’t wait for more to come))
