That’s not ninjutsu then. Thats more taijutsu if all u do is run really fast with a decoy in ur place. Heck, rock lee can do that then. Where would u even get a decoy in the first place. And wat if u use the jutsu while falling in the air from jumping really high? U can’t run while falling in the air.
Substitution Jutsu isn't a space-time Jutsu like Sasuke's Rinnegan Space-Time Swap or Minato's Flying Thunder God.
