I was hooked from the start. I especially liked when Lyra would talk to the audience/reader. It pulled me in to the story. One piece of feedback, not negative, it’s just my OCD. There were several instances where the story was not consistent. Not in a way that detracts from the story, just noticed by weird people like me. For example, at the party Lyra leaves her panties in the trash can at the party. Then after Damon picks her up, she has them again. In another, he has no pants on, but moments later she hears him unbuckle his belt. Like I said, most would probably not notice, I’m weird. Really great writing and quite the enjoyable read, thanks!
This chapter just kept repeating.
Why are chapters being repeated again?
I am glad that you found a way for Morph to live, and I know he chose this but I do hope he finds someone so he isn’t so miserable. I love the way the novels have shared characters and how you are able to keep it all straight, I like learning about them from a different perspective. Keep up the good work. I need more! lol
I was captivated from the beginning. I hated to see it end
This is my first ever review, and I have no idea what to say. I was drawn in and held captive chapter by chapter; word by word, from the beginning. The consistency in content and character development, even seemingly minor characters, is flawless. I continue to be entertained but also invested. In every aspect, side story and new revelation. I have always loved reading. Since I was 3 years old (yes, really, my mother was an early childhood educator) I have turned to books for nearly 50 years. There are very few genres that I won’t read. And I read fast, I have gone through novels (of much lesser quality) daily or faster. When I find an author I like, I read everything I can find. V.C. Andrew’s, Patricia Cornwall, Sidney Sheldon, Jayne Ann Krentz (and every alias), you get the idea. This platform has been a game changer for me and I am so glad I found it. But Alice Knightsky, you are a rare gem. Thank you for allowing us to participate in your world and blessing us with your talent. I can’t wait to see what is to come. Only good things.
