One, if people started asking pionted Questions the mc cant keep on saying he doesn’t know that would be suspicious even if he is an amnesiac. two, he never met any police at the time and if he did, if you’ve ever watched the tv series Gotham the police are corrupted to hell and back and their also pricks the best Outcome woild have being laughed at.Finally, in gotham there is a high chance someone you know is related or is a killer or worse a serial killer, that would make anybody scared , and considering he would have approached them looking like a a homeless which in gotham rob people and sometimes kill them for money, they would have thought he is one and run . Hope that answer some questions .

yeah i probably would to, but my mc is paranoid, and there are a crap ton of diffrent timelines and universes and well if he found out he got sent to the injustice timeline he would have bashed his head against a wall.

he had just met them and if you ask someone you just met where you were that would be very confusing, they would have thought he was an amnesiac or worse crazy which considering gothams relationship with crazy people would have not had a good reaction with them.

well he does, but he hasn’t had the best, childhood doesn’t means that he’s a Sociopath but its affected him and his morals somewhat so if I were to put him on the aligment scale it would be True neutral he knows what he has done is wrong but admits that it’s his fault(unless it wasn’t) and moves on.
