That aside, cosmic force is the binding that they used to seal the world eater in the inner world. They didn't create that cosmic force personally and can't control it. This is worse than legion. The entirety of the Phoenix race is just one person. There is no individuality. There are no different opinions that could prove the main mind wrong. No wonder they didn't gain as much power as Legion did in a short amount of time despite being way older than even some world gods. She is not just stuck in the spiritual dimension. She is even stuck in her own mind. I'm gonna guess that Legion will take over the entity of the Phoenix race and use the resources they gathered of the cycles for their use.
She is proud of her race for their unity. There is probably no other race that can contend with them when it comes to unity. this reminds me of my first time standing up for myself. basically, I was a whimsy kid, but after one kid tugged on my clothes and I spinned around, which made them fall, it gave me some sort of a fire in my heart. like how MCs get fired up, except mine didn't have the cool scenes and determinations and such.
