No, he definitely could have if he tried. He used ninjutsu a few time in the show. He knows summoning as well which is not exactly beginner friendly.

Lol, I don't remember it ever raining on those weeks.
For example, in his last life, whenever he remembered, on Deepavali or Ganesha Chaturthi, it would always rain on that specific week and not on the next week. The surprising part is that the days for both Ganesha Chaturthi and Diwali are not fixed throughout the year; they change sometimes, even within a range of a month from the last festival to the next one. With how fast the current world adapts to new things, it will take less than a century in my opinion. Ofcourse this is marvel so something should definitely go wrong with the tech and turn them into killer robots at some point. 🤣🤣

I think personality is likely to be a higher priority than talent for ANBU. After all, not everyone is suitable for extreme secrecy or dirty missions. Ofcourse, Danzo would just try to kidnap and brainwash anyone. But, gifted people usually have a lot of eyes on them so it would not be that easy for him either.

You overestimate ANBU. ANBU is just the division which specialises in assassination and other covert ops. Most of them are way weaker than any elite Jonin, even more so in a frontal battle.

No matter how I think, this is simply NOT something that can be stolen. It's heavy enough to need elephants to move it. Plus all cannons will be heavily guarded.
