Their fitness test was an assortment of exercises the students had to do and complete. Some of the exercises would be pull-ups, sprints, suicides, and many more. It always changed each time they took it so no one ever knew what the exercises would be for that day. The test was used as information to track the health of the school's students and their improvement or need for improving health-wise. No points were deducted off of one's grades if you had a subpar score, the only time that happened is if you regressed instead of progressed. Overall, the school did this test to better their students and to encourage them to be healthy.
