Was it stated before that Wendy was saved? Or is it just assumed that without giving the Innate god of civil war Cocolia any power Wendy will be saved?

That is written in chapter 26, uploaded after this chapter. In chapter 10 what I said genuinely happened, I added a picture of what was written. In addition to the picture I added there is a paragraph below about how he would borrow her phone if needed and how he would not devolve to being stuck on his phone screen.

Did he take one of the kidnappers phones? because I remember he didn't buy one and used Kiana's.

BTW I have a question: The entire reason for why he can’t mobilize honkai energy without care with his conversion technique is that the increasingly high concentration around him creates honkai beasts, so can’t he create a technique that converts it at a distance from him and then proceeds to attract the spiritual qi created? Though that’s also kinda miffed due to honkai energy detection devices and satellites putting him on Otto’s radar and the other organizations at the very least.

Didn’t he start cultivating like right after he woke up on the bench? So shouldn’t it be 9 days since he introduced spiritual qi into his body?
