I was wondering when we'd get more story/backstory of Bessie the Cowkin Maid, and maybe some character development and training in combat for her. I'm surprised Chordeva would even allow Bessie to not be getting stronger, since Maids in this world often double as bodyguards

She's still their maid by actions. She chooses to be. Her becoming a Baroness I believe was simply so they could be legally married and give land to the Zara pack

I think she resides inside of Kat kinda like System-kun. She gets to see/experience everything Kat does, but I believe she's also able to separate at will like when she teleported Kat to the March Asmodia. Kat went to reunite, and Cali went to meet Ka'Hondi
