A baby fresh out the womb can infact not poo or pee. There is no nutrient that has been taken in and digested. I know it doesn't really matter but I just had to state it cause it was getting to me. Also most if not all babies are born without their sight. Not blind but also not able to focus and see the people around them. So for the first few days/weeks of birth the baby can only recognise people by hearing them. But this is fantasy so no worries
