As far as i know privilage chapters never released as long as no new chapter or the book is marked as finished. I have waited for a book 6 months after it finished before tl remembering to make it complete. After that we got 2 chapters a day till it all privilage chapters are finished.

He definetely should visit her you are totally right about that. I just said author doesnt have to mention Camilla on every chapter. Since it was implied he made it routine to call text her. If he repeats that people will complain too.

Well author mentioned his routine involves texting/calling her before sleeping so he doesnt have to mention it every chapter.

I think dark gold max since each limit break takes more time and silver to gold took 3 years if i am not wrong. So gold to dark gold should take at least 4.
