This is an AWESOME LN! I highly suggest reading this! People keep thinking the Main Character remains stupid, but he doesn't. I don't remember at exactly what point that changes because it is a gradual change along with his cultivation increasing. If you want to see if this is true you can start reading from Chapter 312 and read about the next 20 chapters and see what this LN is really like. I don’t understand why people are quoting the LN due to the Main Character having trouble thinking at the start of the LN. From chapter 312 to 415 (the latest chapters) the story has only gotten better and better. ****Spoiler**** if you start reading at chapter 312 something to know is that the Main Character, David, had 2 legacy gene’s/training manuals and has another ancient manual that allows him to train in both of them at the same time and have then blend together. The 2 legacies are the Vampire and Werwolf Legacy genes/manuals. He is also a geneticist as well or will by about chapter 360. At about chapter 400 the Main Character starts to train is brain to become stronger had that opens up an entirely new way of cultivation for him too.

the author didn't explain things correctly and left it a secret for later. The author in later chapters mentioned that the MC really does feel real pain when trying to think about things. This is due to the fact that something changed in his new body when he transmigrated into this world and his brain works far to strongly for his cultivation level and his current body doesn't seem to be able to handle it. As we get into later chapters he starts to be less stupid and does things with a bit more thought. It seems to have gotten much better than the start of the LN where the Author says the MC refuses to think because it is just painful and makes us think it is just a lazy excuse to make a dumb MC. The MC does seem to get smarter in later chapters.
