also luffy doesn't have a toon force, he just has subjective reality and turn everything around him into rubbery material as it can still be bypassed by strong haki.
toon force is just overglazed reality warping, it defeating shi. claiming that "A wins because A has B". this entire argument could be seen as No Limit Fallacy as you try to make toon force users infinitely powerful against anyone they face without the character inherently confirming in the source material. you won't simply defeat a 5th dimensional being just because you have "toon force", if you haven't demonstrated feat or statement that would put you at higher dimensions, rivaling 5th. Then sorry 5th dimensional beings against 3rd dimensional reality warper, considering 5th dimensional being is 2 infinities superior to your very existence.
Minecraft works that way, you can still get poisoned by hostile mobs despite wearing an armor.
here's the proof
but im comparison to just random horror killer
luffy IS a dysfunctional idiot
tier 0 are immutable, the fact that entity can be change is an instant disqualification from tier 0. tier 0 beings are perfect and complete. immutable in a way. they don't have a form, not can they he described. they can't act, they can't think. they exist hence "they are what they are". veldnava is bound to action, he's relational, he can feel emotions, he's not immutable (he's not unchanging) tier 0 beings cannot be killed, cannot be reached or be surpassed, tier 0 beings cannot "Think", they're the point from which all being "think" as represented as "nous". tensura is not high 1-A+ because it doesn't operate on possible or impossible extensions of logical spaces represented as kripke's semantics or yagisawa's Extended modal realism. high 1-A is unreachable because no one in tensura doesn't have infinite hierarchy of qualitative superiority which would act as "infinite layers of 1-A" which high 1-A beings transcend which is referred as "meta qualitative superiority". veldnava is baseline outer as being "God" infinitely superior to material existence. also veldnava gave out his authority as "God". so fused veldnava that rimuru fought lacked "omnipotence, omniscient and omnipresence" he was still strong nonetheless, but the one rimuru fought wasn't a "God" at that point.
