Actually, Old man Yama could potentially just outright negate Aizen’s abilities. When Suì-Fēng's Nigeki Kessatsu failed against Aizen, it was becuase his Reiatsu was so overwhelming that he just outright negated her abilities. Yama should be able to replicate this, but Nigeki Kessatsu poisons the person so I could see how it wouldn’t work the same as Yama negating Aizen’s control of Yama’s five senses
Aizen was absurdly strong even without his Zanpakutō, Kyōka Suigetsu. The only beings currently capable of fighting Aizen were the Royal Guards or the Sternritters. He doubted any Captain, even Yamamoto, could apprehend Aizen. In the manga she was a vasto Lordes. There is no instance of evolution into a Vasto Lordes, it’s heavily implied that Starrk was a vasto Lorde before splitting himself. They like Ulq were explicitly stated to be born a natural born, but every Humaniod hollow has been a vasto Lordes, so it’s heavily implied, especially in the LN

The moment we’ve seen her she was Vasto Lordes. There has never been an instance of actual evolution to Vasto Lorde in the manga nor the LN. By default we can only assume they were born Vasto Lordes

Vasto Lorde are natrual stronger than Captain level. Not stronger then high Captain classes like Shunsui but Hitsugai, Old man Yama, and some other character have confirmed that Vasto Lordes are generally stronger. Hitsugai even said if Aizen found maybe 10, the soul society would be dead

No, they just all have Spanish themed names. There whole race is based around spainish vocabulary. It doesn’t mean any spainish names person who dies becomes a hollow. They tend to forget there name and create there own or be named by another, the theme is usually Spainish

No, in manga Coyote, Tier, and even Baraggan are natural born Vasto Lorde. Natural Vasto Lorde exist, but there’s only a handful. They are more humanoid than most hollows, that’s how your able to tell. Starrk semi forced himself/natrual, became an Arrancar, but by splitting himself two. He’s technically the only Natural Arrancar
