Hello there, I am the author of this fine novel. It is set in the same universe as my indefinitely paused novel ‘The Ubiquitous Tempest.’ It is about a boy meeting the myths and legends of the world, (especially the demon royals and Gods), ultimately becoming an important figure of the Underworld. I cannot say much lest I spoil it, but let’s just say it’ll be much more demonic, or angelic?
F
Lol, so sorry for being unoriginal. Just had to do it.
TELL ME WHY AIN'T NOTHIN' BUT A HEARTACHE TELL ME WHY AIN’T NOTHIN’ BUT A MISTAKE TELL ME WHY I NEVER WANNA HEAR YOU SAY I WANT IT THAT WAY!
Oh, I was just correcting my own writing. I’m currently using a phone, so it’s kind of hard to comment what I need to whilst correcting my words.
But same*
Also, yes*
Yes, the disparity is quite difficult to deal with. Cronus was the Titan of Time, and in some myths also the Titan of Fate. More specifically, it was stated in some myths that is was when time was viewed as ‘destructive and all devouring,’ as for the Fate part. Partly because he played around with the lives of mortals and determined their fates. Also Chronos is more like the personification of time itself rather than a God, same as how Gaia is the personification of the Earth and yet we call her a Goddess.
Hephaestus, eh? He’s a unique one that’s for sure. In some myths it is stated the he was birthed by Hera all by herself out of pettiness and envy of Zeus laying with Metis (Athena’s mother), of course Hera, the perfectionist/egoist/narcissist she was, deemed him too ugly and cast him off Olympus, the fall either crippling him or had been born with it depending on which myth you go with.
Ooh, a reference to the Moirai. Funnily enough, The Fates in the myths would never submit to anyone, in fact due to their appearance they’d be isolated away from others. In fact, the Erinyes had submitted to Hades, for they love to punish people. They are the punishers of sinners that are in Field of Punishment.
Wait, isnt this the part where Rhea replaces Zeus with a rock?
Ooh, Nyx and Hemera are very interesting.
Phoeubus in some myths is his forename. It means bright or pure, he is named this to show hat he was connected to the Sun. Also one word; Helios.
He wields the Cap/Helm of Invisibility. It grants the ability to turn invisible, it is also known as the Helm of Hades.
Chaos was the primordial soup that birthed all life. Since Chaos is considered as a Protogenoi (The first immortal beings who came into existence) he is in the strictest sense, a deity like the rest of them.
Technically it would be Chronos who is the God of Time while Cronus is the God of Fate. Very similar but inherently different. That is all I have to say for now.
