yes. it doesn't make sense for a ninja to be able to switch places with an object without their opponent realizing it if both of them are relative in capabilities. the only explanation is that you should be faster than your opponent for at least 3 times which can be achieve using body flicker. moreover, one also need to use transformation jutsu to trick their opponent, again, without them realizing. this is why i considered it a c rank jutsu here.

Generally people usually only had one affinity but others with kekkei genkai had more than one affinity.

sage mode can heighten the 5 senses of the user and other sensory abilities that tracks chakra. but for someone like zetsu who can use mayfly jutsu that allows him to merge with the ground and conceal his presence/chakra completely to non-existent, it's pretty much useless. the only way for him to be detected is to have something similar to kurama's sensing ability that allows him to detect negative intent/emotions to differentiate foes from friends. or, to monitor the surroundings 24 hours if zetsu where to ever appear.
