I think he messed up, maybe he should have applied all mods before evolving. I am pretty sure he would be stronger. Just my opinion.

Yes, but it said that time still passes at 1:10. So he can be there for ages. This is stupid.
-Training Chamber: here HOST can practice his techniques and the time change is 1:10 (10 sec inside is 1 sec outside) and when HOST is inside the chamber he won't age so to not cause problems for HOST in case he stays too much time inside. - IGUR2yrCommented
