Lol this is great, don't stop
I wake up and for once slowly get out of bed due to my still hurting leg. My mother had reluctantly gone back to Unova after I told her I was fine a thousand times. But this time, she left with the terrible gift of 2 weeks of har chores before I officially started my journey. However, it would have been way worse if Mr. Kopi hadn't steeped in. So after I finished my chores, I decided to give the Golem chip cookies or rather my Golett as he started to grab the container of cookies. And gives both an ok sign and a pointing motion to pretty much say that he also wanted to join me on my escapade. For some reason, after that fateful day, something thing inside my Golett had somehow awakened. I had researched on the Poke'net that Golett's had an internal power source, but I had never witnessed something like that beforehand. It finally started to not only listen to my commands but even interact with me and use moves. Limbo can basically teleport between dimensions to teleport to a noir mirror dimension with no people. He can also use the in between of the dimensions for a pseudo teleportation for both realms and can also use it to distort attacks and people. He can selectively teleport people and objects to the realm. He also can keep people in the realm indefinitely. IN this realm no matter what damage happens it reflects only slightly on the realm and radio communication can be matianted but it is shoddy. The longer that he is in the realm and the more his power is used the more unstable they become as the strain of his body increases. Once the instability increases to its peak everything from the original realm and vice versa will be forcibly booted out of the realm. With Limbo dead, the world of limbo is not in use now

Okay guys since a lot of new helixes were mentioned here I will explain their powers here. Except for limbo since he will be saved for later. Skate: the pink haired girl with the ability to send trails of pink sparking energy to her feet. She can use this to propel herself forward across any surface or in the air and enchanted her strikes and mobility with 25mph being her maximum speed. And these can trail to create concussive blasts Rank: low viper level State: active Type: radiator Lead foot: the dwarf guy, his legs are effectively just really strong Type: morph Rank: mid viper level State: passive Tipsy: the lanky guy, he can fire waves of vertigo and even concentrate the waves into his pinky to knockout the opponent in contact after saying sleep five times Rank: high bunny level Type: radiator State: active TV: short for terminal velocity this guy could emit a blue aura on 2 objects to give them the Same speed. Rank: mid bunny Type: manipulators State: active Target: any projectile with target stigma will at connect with another subject with the stigma no matter what, it will even bend and curve to hit its destination. Type: radiator Rank: low bunny level State: active
At first, I didn't know what had happened only to see my answer in the form of Limbo. Though he was worse for wear, his aura from earlier was now bigger than ever before with his black orbs now appearing around him with no control, and even from afar, I could feel his heated breaths. It didn't take a genius to know he was already at his limits, yet we didn't have a choice instead of taking the chance for all it's worth to end this madness! Guess who's back! For those wondering about the weird title, it is a reference to the New Deal, the economic program that focused on the 3 r's: relief, recovery, and reform to stop the Great Depression. And I'm sure no one is going to get that.
When you spend everyday living your life like it's a damn comic book, silence becomes a distant memory. And yet, two days have passed since the thunderous destruction of the House of Helixes, and not a single villain has shown their face. And not without good reason; with this one motion, Tactic has been starting to rule Philly like he owns the place, all while using our now tainted reputation to fuel his rhetoric. Prophet Type: Manipulator Rank: Bunny (higher with build-up) State: Active After Prophet touches his victim for 10 seconds, he gets a general understanding of their physical data (including powers). The victim is placed in a dream-like heaven world in their subconscious mind while their body acts out in the real world in a fanatical manner without any knowledge of their real lives (hence why the Champions identities are not revealed). Overall while they are weakened from their maximum potential ex: Wildfire's slowed speeds, they can still use their powers in ways that they normally wouldn't: Phazer's blasts and shockwaves. Ex: if someone had the power to light up their finger for 10 hours but held enough mental blocks to only use it for 3 hours. Under Prophet's control, that person would light up their finger for 5 hours. The only way to break the control is to either put the victim in a severely injured state, have high amounts of willpower (Tactic), or put the user in critical condition. Another important thing to note is that mind control is a lot more painful and weaker if the victim is in an agitated state versus a calm one
