Why make it a blade and not just a needle? It has better penetration with putting all the force on one point of contact
I needed something that cut deeper. Although I could change their composition to equal parts [Pain Toxin] and my [Deadly Poison], it didn't help much if they had high defensive skills. Overeating – User will not feel sluggish or gain weight after eating copious amounts of food. Excess food intake will be stored as emergency stamina points. When the user's stamina falls to the last bar, this emergency reserve will automatically activate. This outer layer can be removed with some effort, only to reveal the black rock that lies within. It is this stuff that none have ever damaged, though it's possible that the secret has been uncovered and is held very close to the chest by those who have it, since such knowledge would surely shake the world. A right pain in the backside right oli boy
Damn! This thing is a right pain in the backside! It's clear that the core is it's weak point and Crinis nearly took hold of it perfectly, using her new abilities to reach right into the heart of the creature and pluck it out. Could I do the same with my gravity mandibles? Unlikely. Mana doesn't work that well on internal structures and I'm guessing the same rule applies here, otherwise Invidia would be setting off his explosions inside the creature rather than next to it. If I could spear the core, or attack from outside in some way… Should I use a gravity bomb? No. Not yet. If I can I want to capture the core whole so I can learn more about this creature. As a scholar, how can I put my faith in hearsay, tattered records and stories passed down over centuries? I need evidence. I need facts, verified by firsthand accounts. It is my studied opinion that, as I have stated before in my earlier writings, the Cataclysm was indeed a real event, to say otherwise would be foolish as the weight of evidence on this matter is conclusive, but that rather than the delusion of impossibly strong societies falling to monsters of such strength that have never been seen or heard from again, instead the Cataclysm consisted of weak, unprepared societies falling victim to what was, at worst, a slightly above average wave.
