At this point, I don't think Elysia has a smidgen of affection for Cassiel. I'm struggling to convince myself with this level of cluelessness(?) I'm basing this on experience,okay. When I like someone, I pick up on CRUMBS of information who they're into. Even delusionally wish, I was the one on some occasions. Pathetic, yes. Realistic, double yes. Im sure I'm not the only one. I know, she doesn't want to get hurt all over again given it's her second life but Cassiel is LITERALLY pouring not just crumbs but tossing actual loaves! Fine, the excuse then was to ward off Adela but ... gurrrllll... gurrrrllll.... Cassiel, my man... you need to spell it out
