I'm crying so much for this poor girl. đ In his attempt to"protect" her, all he's doing is breaking her heart. Why won't he listen to his wolf?
I'm worried that when he goes in to check on her that her tank top is going to be up.đ˛ Oh boy, that could be a problem. đ
I love reading about Beta! I am reminded of my dog. I know my dog would have done the same thing of that were me. He always knew when something was up and helped me get through the hard times. Dogs are amazing and loyal, moreso than even humans. Hope there's lots more to see from Beta!
Took you long enough! :D
My first thought was oh, no! Doesn't she remember the last time she tried to make a friend? Last time did not end well
It's interesting how he always sleeps well when she's around him. I wonder why? Getting curiouser and curiouser! :D
This comment made me laugh, but it's so true. I can see her now scared if anyone even tries to approach her.
I mean, if you think about it he approached her, not her approaching him. I don't think she was really trying to flirt with him. She was happy to get some free cake(who wouldn't be) and she was glad there was a kind new someone to talk to her and spend time with her. Humans need interaction, and she's a slave sure but even slaves need attention and love. You gotta feel bad for her because he is jumping to conclusions without talking to her about it because he views her as property.
Even when I read the letter knowing knowing that she isn't trying to blame her friend, I can't possibly understand how someone would be able to look at that and not want to blame her friend for not being there and the dad for leaving. I feel like her friend killing herself with leaving this note instead of talking to her friend about it is the easy way out. It makes you get out of the problem and leaving the note without talking about it before death leaves everyone else with all these unanswered questions and guilt and blame. I don't think there is any way to solve it once the victim is dead. I don't blame her for wanting to die, but the problem with just leaving the note is that the issue doesn't get resolved. Clearly she didn't want the friend to be blamed but without her there to speak up and defend her friend and solve the problem she's dead.
Just what I was thinking
Her Brother has read this letter but he still blames Anna and I'm sure Anna still blames herself. It's like don't blame yourself but...
