I just don’t get how they keep “sealing” his speed. He should always be faster than them. Other than making it so they all most at literally the exact same speed.

I still don’t get how he “seals” his speed. It’s been repeated how Victor can think and react within milliseconds.

That’s the issue with speed and how broken it is. There is “no way to nullify speed” other than taking the ability away from them, being faster than them, or being strong enough to stop time and prevent them from moving. Nocturnus can only use his ability as fast as his brain comprehends the thought and registers Victors position. And unlike Erebus and Nyx who can sense Victor if he tried to hide his presence or move so fast as we know he can nocturnus wouldn’t be able to figure out where to even put his void since he’d have no direction.
