Can't wait until he gets asked to infiltrate the tarot club. But at this point figuring out who Lumian works for is an absolute nightmare. He has the pathway of inevitability, is working with the MGoD's demigod, is working as an agent for the Tarot Club in the Aurora organization, wherein he is an agent to infiltrate the Iron and Blood Cross Order as well as a mob boss for the Savoie Mob.

He has successfully surpassed Klein in provoking angels early. At least in sequence, not in quantity yet. Klein provoked Medici, Ouroboros, Suah, Pallaz, Amon, and if Roselle was active he would've provoked him too.

My theory that the COI is related to the Djinn is starting to feel more and more probable. A Cosmos level being without a presence in book 1 with powers relating to fate, time, and the number 3(third wish having major consequences, past present future).

To act as a fate appropraitor sounds remarkably like a faceless in practice. You take the consequences and benefits by making others believe that you are who you imitate.
That doesn't seem plausible for a Contractee, equivalent to a Sequence 7. A Sequence 4 Circle Inhabitant is too lofty for such a rudimentary spell… Could a Sequence 5 Fate Appropriator accommodate such a simplification, or is it a Sequence 6, the name of which escapes me?
