DrunknDazed1yrPostedI am conflicted, because I can't recommend this book enough, but I also can't encourage you to read it. I have never read something that enthralls me to such a level as Shadow Slave. I find myself reading other books in the waits between chapters, and the thought that always comes to my mind is: "This is okay, but it ain't no Shadow Slave." Shame on this book for being so good, and shame on the author for giving me 2 chapters a day.

Literally 7 months late, but I think they were confusing semicolons and commas (somehow.) If there was a semicolon there, it would be correct, but there isnt, therefore the "and" would be needed. It's like they didnt even take English in highschool.

I mean, the book is r-18, so it's not too far out of left field
What good would it do him to go out to have fun with women, while his only reason for life, Maggy, was lying alone and suffering in a hospital bed? Noah could just as easily invest the time spent dating women to study Fortresses and more effective methods of combat, and that was exactly what he did. At times, his lower head spoke louder than the upper one, but with so many responsibilities and so few methods of fulfilling those responsibilities, the top head always managed to take over before it was too late. - DrunknDazed3yrPosted
The story is well written and the MC is well developed. If you can get past the first 3 chapters, its smooth reading from there. R-18 chapters are there, but aren't shoved down your throat excessively. Probably wasting a power stone here seeing as it looks like the author has dropped it, but it'll stay in my library just in case.

Hey guys, I figure I'd take this time to list all of the pros and cons of the book as well as my intended upload schedule. Pros - Unless the book mysteriously blows up, you're looking at a completely free reading experience -A minimum of 7 1000+ word chapters a week -No plot holes. I hate them so I'll do my best to make sure that they're non-existent in the story Cons -Im a solo writer in highschool. I dont have money for an editor currently, so I may have grammatical errors throughout the chapter. If you see any feel free to yell at me! -With me being in highschool, my upload schedule is subject to several changes during times I am preparing for tests and the like -As stated in the synopsis, this is my first piece of writing outside of highschool that I've decided to publish. If I am a little bad at world building at first, this is the reason why. Upload schedule -Im currently looking at 1 chapter a day on school days, 2 on weekends. Any holiday breaks will see the weekday uploads go up to 2 If this all sounds okay with you, then I gladly welcome you all to join me on this winding journey.

Lith personally said he sees his sisters more as his daughters. this makes sense as his mental age is over 30. this kind of "you hurt her, I hurt you" is very generic behavior for a father, and itd actually be more weird for him to not react that way.
