No es la frase en si, es el efecto inconsciente de decirlo, pasa cuando practicas o realizas una acción repetidamente mucho tiempo, por ejemplo decir 2+2 e inconscientemente dar el resultado de la suma sin pensar en la operación, no se si me explico

If you continue to dedicate yourself to it, I have no doubt that you will be able to write and publish your own book.
