Honestly if my friend went to get something which only takes a few minutes (not like I would let them go alone knowing I wanted and asked for it heck why are they getting it in the first place) and they didn't come back after awhile maybe I'll give an hour or so I would be trying to call and if calling doesn't work(he lost his phone) then I would go out looking for them she had ti have heard about the freak weather so checking hospitals would be next.
