If I were the mc I would ask Madara if he wants to switch one of his Mangekyo for my Foresight/Prediction Mangekyo which should hopefully cause those 2 Mangekyo to become Eternal Mangekyo and then they can switch their other two Mangekyo turning them into Eternal Mangekyo. Basically I'd just trick Madara so that we could both get the Eternal Mangekyo.

It doesn't seem hard to get demon points so unless the author put a limit on the number of points you can get from each rank of demon then it doesn't really matter if uses the points now.

Because of the "special effects" of the sword moves. He's summoning water, fire and wind so that's how they can tell, it's not pure swordmanship like in the canon story.

Fortunately? I'm 6'3" and I'd like to be 6'5" like my dad. My dad can touch our ceilings with his palm but I can only touch the ceiling with my fingers. That couple of inches is extremely helpful for fixing, painting, sanding or installing ceilings.
