Me, too! I feel like once he lets himself realize he still loves her, perhaps he can begin to understand her POV a little, and-at least to an extent-let go of his hurt enough to realize that he was at fault, too, and see where he needs to make changes, if they're going to be a family.

Yes! after waiting- for what seems forever- for the next chapter, this was just long enough to frusterated me.😫

Oh my heart! This story has EVERYTHING! Lucien & Hazel have the sweetest, most giving & selfless love. There are, however, so many obstacles in their paths, blocking them from their happily ever afters...I smiled through so much of this book, but shed tears in parts, too.

I am loving this story, but tbh, every time I cannot read anymore for the day, I mive on to ither books on other apps & forget to come back to it the next day. I have over a dozen stories going on half a dozen different apps...since I usually binge read books within a day, the wait to read for free again is excruciating!!

Alex & Abi are 2 of the sweetest main characters I can recall reading in the past few years (and I read A LOT!!) Still haven't read the whole book, but with every chapter, I love it-and them-even more!

I think that when it said shirt, it maybe was suppose to say skirt? either that, or, she said the light sweater she put on was thigh length. maybe it was a sweater dress that she put her belt over? what I'm picturing would be cute with the tall boots...(??)

Truly great read. As my first novel since recently joining this app, I can say that the story is setting the bar very high, for the stories I choose after...I have literally given EVERY stone I get to this author!
