Gear Five will be Paranormal Liberation War Tomura level, and Gear Six will be Final Battle Tomura level (excluding when he does unlock it being he’s not used to it yet)

It comes close being his is that Violet color, his would be the strongest, but in terms of an actual fight, his sister would win being she has more experience and has mastered some of her Gears.

That one is a toughy to explain, it basically "is" special effects, however, the blade itself is actually the main reason behind why everyone can see it. Since his Nichirin Sword didn't come from the real world but the Seventh Plane, it has properties to it (reality changing ones) that allows those effects to be visual.
