I really like the idea of items being locked behind stats but at the same time I do believe that items that are of higher rank such as legendary and above isn’t an item that can be use for lower level player unless its unbroken unfinished separated etc like you can have a broken legendary item that can be used for a player that has level 60-70 stats and they can fix it later on with rare materials and such to make it get its original power at the same time idk where legendary fits into your rankings for all Ik it can just be a mid-high level rarity and not near end game another idea I had for the true end game items Divine, Chaos(above god power), whatever you want to call it in my opinion they can be items thay were born with the gods and the only way for an npc player or creature to obtain is by killing the god getting one from a god finding one from a previous dead god and such chaos items can be opportunities or a trial but at the same time impossible for weak players you can also make it thay divine Smiths can make semi divine items but they cant make a true one as a divine item has to be born with a god or from it you can make it though that a divine smith can make a divine item by giving his powers that he received as a god to it or his life these are only my thoughts for a project I had in mind
