That's great thinking story telling wise, seeing as he's the first case in 25 years to have animalistic traits as part of his biohuman powers.
"A humanoid creature amongst the Goblins? You must be behind this." The man said. Before Lee Seng could even speak a word, the man's staff coursed with lightning and shot towards Lee Seng. Lee Seng's body twitched and he barely dodged the lightning. It made contact with the car and started to arc towards him. The lightning hit him and Lee Seng screamed in pain, rolling on the ground. - Shocked_Corgi1mthCommented'Her? I don't hear anyone, but souls are good for us!" Keng happily responded. 'I hope we can collect a lot!'

I fully support your theory, seeing as his sister has a barrier power. Maybe he can do something similar, but spiritually or inside of people's bodies.
"This'll be fun, Lee. I'll see you around, I guess." Manny muttered as he pulled a cigarette out of his pocket. He grabbed the lighter and lit the cigarette. He stood up and stretched as his phone began ringing. He pulled it out and chuckled. He picked up the phone. - Shocked_Corgi1mthCommented

Akio had a couple of theories but didn't want to let Lee Seng get paranoid. Manny and Lee Seng's history went as far back as when they were born. They both had similar childhoods and grew up basically in the lab. It took 30 minutes until he could move his arm. He then spent a few hours working out off screen.
Lee Seng wiped the sweat off his face and grabbed a water bottle near him and chugged it. It had been 30 minutes after Zoe and Dr. Valentin left that his arm became normal again.
