well the idea is it's like a hidden MMR system, the more negative it is the more watched you are and the less governmental facilities are available for you, I heard if you go negative you get "sent to a re-education camp" where they teach you about the "Norms of society and glory of the CCP", while i don't actually believe a system like this exist in China and it's mostly memes due to western influence and how they portray china as a dictatorship, it is still funny to dabble with it lol
