Bro... no you can't. Even the mfs in demon slayer ain't that strong. Muxan is at best barely a high class devil. Most of the humans who are as strong as high class or ultimate class have sacred gears. Longinus or not, Sacred gears are the plot armor for humans in this world. Total Concentration is a good skill but not nearly enough.

How about something like Adam's eyes from Record Of Ragnarok, Sung Jin Woo's Shadow monarch or Necromancy in general, Blood related abilities like Blood Manipulation, Zanpakuto from bleach since they world similarly to Noble Phantasms or Something like Yami's magic from black clover.

My guy you can't just "Awake a new quirk". This goes against the laws of this world that each individual only has one quirk. This was why All for One and One For All were such a big deal, giving their users multiple quirks. Her reaction is way to underwhelming for a whole new quirk.
