Well there are some female super sayans art out there that looks pretty ripped but still feminine. I think it all has to do with ratio and proportions. Shoulders should be smaller compared to a mans compared to her head and compared to her hips. Making a face female is usually the eyes slenter, brows less bushy, whimpers longer, forehead "usually" bigger, jaw line "Not Angular" so for andro just go sit in between. But andro is for face not body build. Androgynous face and body is perceived as a good looking dude.

There is another yuri story in Narutoverse by archer_phoenix, his Mc is dating Hinata. Maybe yours can approach Hina as well, quite an undervalued character with a lot of promise. You can than form a team 7 with 4 students: Naruto, Sasuke, mc and Hinata as archer_phoenix did.

If you give some guys and girls the choice they would go for yuri /gl for the fluff and smut. I'd also would love gl, since it is really scarce in Narutoverse, and the fluff, love it. But you should follow your own plans, you don't want to be 40 chapters down the road and not happy with what you have written.
