I wish the author could find someone to be their editor/proof reader. The grammatical errors and the inability to use the correct name, not to mention the many instances of buying chapters in bulk only to find that there are several chapters that are posted from what appears to be a different story. It is making it extremely difficult to keep spending coins on this story.

You messed up a bit there author. You called Natasha [Sera] a couple of times in those last few paragraphs.

What happened to the mass release we were supposed to get?

It would be interesting if Lith and Solus went to the place that Menadion died and find her shadow still hanging around and she becomes another demon and could be a part of Solus’ life again.

This has been a surprisingly good story so far. I hope the author keeps going with it.

I thought that Gandulf was the sage tier mage and Bai Han was the spirit in the stupa. You’ve been mixing them up for the last several chapters.

All these cliffs its a wonder that all the vamps don’t fall to their deaths.

Peter’s strength is based off of Quinn’s only until he reaches his limit. Peter may have already reached his current bodies limit and won’t (evolve) until he eats more human flesh. Unfortunately, he hasn’t really been eating human flesh because he only needs to feed when he’s been seriously injured. If he were to get some and go on a binge then he may evolve and get stronger, but if I’m not mistaken the flesh has to be from different people similar to Quinn with the different blood types from different people. Drinking or eating from the same person will have a healing effect but won’t do anything for the evolution.

My god, so many people complaining about this being a filler chapter. Go read a Stephen King book where he spends 2 or 3 chapters going into detail on a character that you never see or hear from again in the story, or Anne Rice where you get a 3 or 4 chapter backstory on every character in the book even though they’re not important to the story. Just remember if JKS was publishing this book traditionally or even theough kindle or some other self publishing system you would be waiting a lot longer than just a day or 2 for chapters. You would be waiting at least a year or longer and there would still be filler chapters. Every book has filler chapters, otherwise you have no character development. You’re doing a great job JKS, can’t wait for the next chapters.

That won’t work. The leaders and knights give off a different power aura than regular vamps. The other leaders and the royal knIghts would know as soon as they showed up for the ceremony that it wasn’t Quinn.

When Quinn left Fex at his fathers castle he told him to take as much time with his family as he needed. For all Quinn knows they are all at the 13th castle catching up and spending time together. Quinn thought that Fex’s father would be happy to see him and would want him to stay there for a while. If he needed him for something he knew where he would be so he would have no real reason to worry about after only a few days maybe even a week, especially with everything going on. Turning the soldiers, meeting with Dwight, catching up with all of the other members of his “family”, bUilding and upgrading the towers for defence. Quinn’s been a little busy, so not worrying about Fex who he left at his fathers castle wouldn’t really be unbelievable. Sorry if I rambled there.

I knew becoming the king would be one of his quests. Of course, if Arthur wipes out the majority of the current leaders for killing off the punishers while he was asleep it could make the quest a lot easier.
